Vegetarian food tastes great with probiotic technology

Probitat is a Finnish company developing probiotic technology based on applied research by Carme Plumed-Ferrer. Probiotic refers to living microbes that are believed to have a positive effect on health by balancing the digestive microbiota. However, technology and research are not enough to shape tastes, and experts in making good food are also needed. The attached video is filmed from Probitat’s experimental kitchen session where top chefs Toni Toivanen and Henrik Poulsen experiment and apply the bacterial strains and fermentation developed by Probitat in the development of various new vegetarian foods and flavors.
