40 Years of Protecting the Sea
The Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission – Helsinki Commission, HELCOM, is an inter-governmental organisation founded by the contracting parties of the Convention on the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Baltic Sea Area. The video was made to commemorate the commission’s achievements over the past 40 years.
