OneMinStory’s New Customer Model Development Project with EU and ELY Centre Support
OneMinStory (Luoda Production Oy) launched a project in 2022, which concluded in 2023, aimed at supporting the company’s growth and internationalization by developing internal operating models. The project identified the need to transition from a project-based approach to a model focused on continuous customer relationships. Previously, the company had relied heavily on inbound sales but realized that achieving long-term customer relationships required a transformation of its sales organization. As a result, an outbound sales process was built, sales metrics, roles, and management models were defined, and a customer process was designed. Additionally, a marketing strategy to support the sales organization was developed for Luoda Production Oy.
The internationalization path was clarified by conducting a market survey in the Netherlands, which formed the basis for creating an international marketing and sales strategy. The link for service export and further development was found in the United States.
Through the project, Luoda Production Oy was prepared to establish long-term customer relationships and implement its services using new processes. The main goal of the project was to enable the company’s growth, internationalization, and continuous revenue streams, which in turn would enhance customer companies’ video production and significantly improve Luoda Production’s competitiveness.
